It is easily the BEST southern fried food you're going to eat. Everything was piled high and perfectly cooked! Ribs and sauce were great too! The service was excellent and the staff rotated like clockwork to make sure you had everything! A very rare find!

Food was great! Fried chicken, southern style sides.... Fried frog legs are yummy too! We've been coming here a few years and it's always yummy! The kids played corn hole while we waited on our food.

Jackie was my server today.. she was great! Attentive and polite. I stop by salad bar and to pick up some corn muffins (they are delicious) it's full with several choices of protein (egg, tuna salad, and others) lots of veggies to choose from cottage cheese etc. It won't disappoint! I recommend it for the things l mention previously as far as the rest of the menu l do not know!

Food and service was very good. Our group had a variety from the menu ... spare ribs, two varieties of shrimp and the catfish. The corn muffins were good, but a little too much chunky corn for my taste. The Cajun shrimp got very good reviews ... especially the Spicy Andouille sausage that came with it. The catfish had a great batter and farm feed fish was not a strong as some catfish. The french fries were more like thick potato chips. The hush puppies had just the right amount of sweetness to them. Spare ribs were just ok. The ambience was what you'd expect from a place called Cracklin Jack's. Since we were too far South, I expected the sweet tea to be below par and got what I expected. A southern fare restaurant that had pricing too close to the costing of Naples 5th Ave district

Update.. Dave and Payton took good care of us even though we had a group that started with 4 and kept growing to 7 we moved tables 2x as the group got larger they didn't seem to mind. I jokingly said they will kick us, if we ask to move again. The menu is a wide variety of home style dishes that will fit everyone and the picky eaters as well. The outdoor area is larger than the inside with live music they allow pets and they also have 2 resident cats patrolling the outside areas. Stopped in specifically to try the alligator, and I was not disappointed. When you first get there, it looks like a hole in the wall. When we went, the buffet wasn't open yet. We all ordered our food and a sweet waitress half jokingly and half seriously offered to hold our little one so we could get a full meal. We graciously declined. The people were really nice. All of the food was great. I would definitely go back.
